On November 23rd, the University of Luxembourg hosted a family-friendly event where parents had the chance to learn from our experts about effective techniques for raising bilingual or multilingual children. Through engaging activities such as learning how to say "hello" in various languages and exploring different cultures, our speakers demonstrated the benefits of these exercises in fostering language development.

One of the highlights was an interactive activity centered around weather conditions. By combining movement with the use of multiple languages, children not only had fun but also expanded their vocabulary in a dynamic and memorable way.

The event concluded with a delightful children's yoga session, where participants practiced naming the postures in the languages they spoke. It was an inspiring opportunity to discover new words and phrases related to different themes, including weather, in a variety of languages, such as Swedish, Slovak, Romanian or Macedonian.

We would like to thank all the parents and children who came to the event, it was a really nice morning!
