Children at Scottish Gaelic Medium Education schools between Primary 2 and Primary 5 who speak Gaelic, English and at least one other language at home, are invited to participate in this University of Edinburgh study researching how multilingual children learn Gaelic and English.
This study is researching how multilingual children learn Gaelic and English and which areas of the languages are hard for them. It's an online study (two sessions on Zoom) and participants get a £15 Amazon voucher.
Children between P2 - P5 attending GME in Scotland who speak Gaelic, English and at least one other language at home.
Researcher Catriona Rennie at the University of Edinburgh. This project has been approved by the University of Edinburgh PPLS Research Ethics review panel and is supervised by Dr Vicky Chondrogianni.
